Training Visit for Students of the British University in Cairo to Helwan Fertilizers Company

The company’s training and public relations department, in coordination with the Arab Fertilizer Association (AFA), has organized a scientific visit for thirty (30) students from the Faculty of Engineering at the British University, Cairo, as the company is always keen to sponsor and support male and female students from Egyptian universities to link between academic studies and what the industry needs in practical life.

The students learned about the different stages of the fertilizer manufacturing process, starting from the entry of raw materials to the final product (urea), passing through the intermediate products of ammonia and nitrogen, the services, and facilities required for the industrial process.

The students also visited the company’s various departments, including production, maintenance, laboratories, etc.

The students and the university official have expressed their great admiration for this scientific visit and the extent of the practical benefit from it, wishing repeating that for them and the rest of the college students.
